The Hutchinson Black Mamba tyre was developed with 2x Olympic and 4x World XC Champion Julien Absalon. Specifically created for the London Olympic XC course, the Black Mamba's design lineage comes from the Hutchinson Piranha and Cobra.

The 26 x 2.10 Black Mamba is a very light tyre with a dense low profile dual compound knob pattern that is fast in dry conditions. It weighs in at only 420 grams and has a folding bead design with a 66TPI casing
