We are all excited to be moving to Alert Level 2 on Thursday but this does not mean things go straight back to normal. This information is to let you know how we will be operating during level 2.

We will be running a full staff in our office & warehouse enabling us to ship most orders without significant delays as well as process other administration type requests faster.

We're being advised by our courier providers that there are still significant delays in the freight network around New Zealand. This means that while we may ship your order out from our warehouse in our normal timeframe, it could take up to 5 extra business days to be delivered. We are expecting this to improve over time as courier companies bring on more staff and increase capacities to meet the new levels of demand in a post COVID-19 New Zealand.

Our warehouse is still closed to all non-staff and we are not able to accept any visits from customers or sales representatives. Our own sales reps are also staying off the road for the meantime but they are available if you have their details and would like to get in contact with them.

We wish all our customers the very best during this difficult time and hope everyone stays healthy and safe. We look forward to continuing business with you as New Zealand recovers from the impact of COVID-19.
