The Zefal Z Light S Seat Bag is exactly that. It's nice and compact, with a 0.9L capacity for storage, and it's lightweight too. The bag is easy to fit to your seatpost, using Velcro straps. This is the ideal option for carrying the basics such as your phone, wallet and keys - it'll even fit a 700c tube, tyre levers and a CO2 cartridge with a regulator.
